Delete your account and data
You can permanently delete your EduMatchLB account and everything attached to it at any time, directly from your dashboard.
How to delete it yourself
- 1Log in to your account at www.edumatchlb.com — including with Google, if that is how you signed up.
- 2Open your dashboard and go to the Settings tab.
- 3Select Delete account and confirm.
Deletion is immediate and permanent. There is no grace period and it cannot be undone.
What gets removed
- Your profile, photo, subjects, rates, and availability
- Any teacher or office application you submitted, and its uploaded documents
- Your conversations and messages
- Reviews you wrote and reviews left on your profile
- Saved teachers, study plans, and AI reports
We may retain a minimal record where the law requires it — for example, to resolve a dispute, prevent abuse, or meet an accounting obligation. Anything kept for those reasons is limited to what is necessary and is deleted once it no longer applies.
If you can't log in
Email us from the address on the account and we will delete it for you within 30 days.
